Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is defined as the capacity to recognize and manage emotions, solve problems effectively, and establish positive relationships with others. Research has demonstrated the significant role of SEL in promoting healthy student development and academic achievement. In this course, participants will delve into the transformative realm of Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL).
They will learn how to integrate SEL principles into their teaching methodologies, fostering a supportive and empathetic learning environment.
Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, educators will develop strategies to cultivate emotional intelligence, resilience, and positive relationships with their students.

The classes are detailed and engaging with lots of materials available including videos to work with.
I like it that the teacher engages and involves everyone in the learning with lot of practical, presentations, assignments and group discussions.
The materials are readily available and the teacher is very supportive too even though she can be strict with deadlines which makes me ensure that my work is turned in on time. She is really talented in teaching such that everyone is engaged irrespective of your learning pattern.
